2. Service Description
YouMeet is a video communication platform that allows users to:
Create and join video rooms
Conduct video and audio calls
Use screen sharing
Manage contact lists
Choose tariff plans
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
3. Registration and Account
Registration Requirements
Using the Service requires authorization via Telegram
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian permission.
4. Usage Rules
Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Actions
You may not:
Use the Service for illegal activities
Violate the rights of other users
Distribute malicious software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
Impersonate another person or organization
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Use the Service for spam, harassment, or threats
User Content
You are fully responsible for content you transmit through the Service
We do not record or store video and audio of your calls
You must not transmit content that infringes copyrights or other third-party rights
5. Pricing Plans and Payments
Tariffs
We offer free and paid tariff plans. The terms of each plan are specified on the tariffs page.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure payment providers
Payment is accepted in rubles (RUB), US dollars (USD), USDT, and in any other currency via Telegram Stars
Subscription is purchased for 1 month and does not renew automatically. After the month expires, you can renew the subscription manually
All transactions are processed by third-party payment systems; we do not store your payment card data
6. Intellectual Property
Service Rights
All rights to the Service, including design, logos, code, and content, belong to YouMeet or our licensors.
Usage License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Provision
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption, errors, or be available at all times.

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business reputation
Service interruption, unavailability, or malfunction
Actions, content, or behavior of other users
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any losses arising from use or inability to use the Service
Errors, viruses, or other malicious components
Technical failures, including internet connection issues
Maximum Liability
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for using paid features of the Service over the last 1 (one) month.
No Warranties
We do not warrant:
Uninterrupted operation of the Service
Absence of errors or their timely correction
That the Service will meet your expectations
Quality of video and audio communication
9. Termination of Access
Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of:

Suspected fraud or illegal activity
Need to comply with legislation
